June 20, 2014: I spent the last part of my day shooting outfits for a category titled "$200 and Less". I didn't have a lot of time, but I had a wonderful model and was working with a good stylist. She did a great job putting these outfits together within the confines of a budget and limited apparel, shoes and accessories. Hair and makeup were not part of the budget. We had ten outfits to shoot, and this was the last of the day.
The silver background is insulation. The key and fill are Profoto Magnum modifier and a medium softbox. There is obviously a substantial amount of post for these shots (color and mood). We originally shot everything on white, but I particularly liked this outfit and thought it would look nice with some atmospheric light and silver background. I think it turned out pretty good.
