got to see two godfathers of rap that night at brooklyn bowl in las vegas. it was magnificent. i am a bit biased in that slick rick has always been my favorite rapper since his first album "the great adventures of". i know he gets named the greatest storyteller in rap, but for me, he is simply the greatest. biz markie put on a great show. he is very crowd pleasing, and really had everyone bouncing and dancing and singing and cheering.

these were all shot with a 50mm at f1.4, and the ISO and shutter speeds varied. i was front row, center stage which is GREAT for experiencing the show, but it isn't too good for photographs. i couldn't get too many dynamic angles or profile shots, but i'm not going to complain. it was too great of a show to complain. i got some decent photos, and had a wonderful time!
